- About
 
 Building on Kelley Drye’s long commitment to improving access to legal counsel for those who need it, Marisa Lorenzo leads the firm’s pro bono efforts and manages firmwide pro bono initiatives.

A powerful advocate for racial justice, immigration, LGBTQ+ rights, and criminal justice reform, Marisa provides practice support and supervises firm lawyers on pro bono projects. With an emphasis on mentoring, Marisa works closely with associates and partners, the firm’s pro bono committee, and firm leadership to transform Kelley Drye’s values into effective, high-impact action.

She also coordinates the firm’s partnerships with legal services organizations and sets the strategy, priorities, and objectives of the firm’s pro bono practice.

Prior to her current role, Marisa was a litigation partner focused on investigations, enforcement actions, and lawsuits involving the communications industry. She also represented clients in a variety of industries in all phases of complex federal and state commercial litigation, including trials, appeals, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.
