 Marc Daniel’s practice focuses on commercial real estate finance transactions. Marc represents insurance companies, investment banks and non-bank lenders in real estate finance transactions for portfolio and securitization, including: the origination, purchase and sale of commercial mortgage loans, mezzanine loans and interests therein and negotiation of related intercreditor and co-lending arrangements; the restructuring and work-out of real estate loans; and the origination of warehouse, repurchase and other asset-based credit facilities.
