Recommended in *US Legal 500* for her work in the M&A: Middle-Market area, 2024-2025. Lauren organized student volunteers for St. John’s Soup Kitchen in Newark, NJ. She was a board member for the Kalmar Nyckel Foundation in Wilmington, DE.
