- About
 
 Katie Cavins focuses her practice on the representation of official and ad hoc committees as well as individual creditors in all aspects of complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. She also has extensive experience representing debtors, lenders and purchasers of distressed assets in both in and out-of-court corporate restructurings.

While in law school, Katie served as a law student intern for the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and as a student caseworker for the International Refugee Assistance Project. Prior to attending law school, Katie was a paralegal for the U.S. Department of Justice in the fraud section of the criminal division.
