His practice includes a particular focus on representing domestic industries in antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. International Trade Commission as well as federal appellate litigation stemming from such proceedings. He also represents clients in Section 232 proceedings, Section 301 proceedings, EAPA proceedings, and subsequent litigation at the U.S. Court of International Trade and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Joshua also assists his clients in preparing strategies aimed at shaping the Executive branch’s trade and supply chain agenda. This advocacy comes in the form responding to requests for information from a wide-range of federal agencies, setting the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative’s negotiating objectives with other foreign nations, and forming coalitions centered around common policy goals.
