 Jennifer Wong, special counsel in the firm’s Chicago office, has over 20 years experience representing issuers and underwriters in initial and secondary public offerings’ of equity; public and private issuers in private placements; public companies in SEC, NYSE and NASDAQ compliance work and public and private purchasers and sellers in mergers and asset purchases.
