 Jamie Sarmiento focuses her practice on corporate and securities law, including alternate investments, SEC reporting, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. She has experience representing a wide range of clients on various matters, including private investment funds, investment banks, reporting issuers, and official committees of unsecured creditors.

Jamie maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes the formation of 501(c)(3) organizations.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Jamie interned at the Fair Labor Association and was a research assistant at the Edward Bennet Williams Law Library.
