Jim has worked on several multibillion-dollar transactions involving mortgage and corporate-level financings secured by hundreds of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Opco/Propco structures. Jim also offers extensive experience with the origination and securitization of mortgage loans secured by healthcare properties structured using master leases and operating leases in Opco/Propco structures.
