Greg has secured declinations from the DOJ and SEC in multiple investigations, including cases involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and alleged securities fraud. He also defends clients in privacy and data regulatory enforcement matters, assisting clients facing scrutiny over data practices and consumer protection obligations. In addition, he provides pragmatic advice to clients on litigation avoidance in these same spaces, helping them to meet their business objectives while minimizing risk. In his commercial practice, Greg handles disputes involving breach of contract, trade secrets, unfair competition, securities, and civil fraud, with experience taking matters through trial and appeal in state and federal courts nationwide.
