 Bridget Polloway’s practice focuses on commercial litigation. Bridget assists clients through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution and has appeared before federal and state court judges, as well as court appointed Special Masters in complex litigation cases. She has advised and assisted in-house counsel of *Fortune* 500 company clients in connection with their litigation management and strategies.

 

  Served as a member of the trial team that obtained a dismissal of all claims against a generic pharmaceutical company in the multidistrict litigation, *In re: Zantac (Ranitidine) Products Liability and Opioids Litigation*.

 

  Chairperson of the Shrewsbury Boro Juvenile Conference Committee, a judicial volunteer position appointed by the Monmouth County Superior Court Vicinage.
