 Benjamin Schoenfeld is a discovery attorney in the firm’s New York office. He provides discovery support for Kelley Drye’s clients across practices, industries and offices. Benjamin works seamlessly with our case teams and is dedicated to serving our clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Kelley Drye, Benjamin was an associate at a boutique law firm specializing in intellectual property. He then became a staff attorney at a major New York law firm where he participated in all aspects of discovery in preparation for depositions and trials. His work included e-discovery, drafting of privilege logs and conducting large-scale document reviews with respect to mortgage-backed securities, banking, patent infringement, employment and other complex commercial cases.
