- About
 
 Benjamin Nathan is a trade analyst with Georgetown Economic Services (GES). He focuses on U.S. trade remedy proceedings, with experience handling antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) matters.

Prior to joining private practice, Benjamin served as an international trade compliance analyst for the U.S. Department of Commerce. Drawing on this government experience, he supports clients through detailed legal and quantitative analysis in AD/CVD proceedings. He has particular experience reviewing questionnaire responses from foreign companies and governments, analyzing financial and accounting data, and calculating dumping margins and subsidy rates. He has worked on both market economy and non-market economy cases, including investigations, administrative reviews, and circumvention inquiries, and has participated in on-site verifications and internal briefings on key case issues.
