 Alireza Abedin concentrates his practice in real estate transactional work across all commercial real estate asset classes. He brings a banking and finance focus to real estate matters, having specialized in lender-side work. He represents private equity funds, life insurance companies, regional, national and international banks and investors in a variety of commercial real estate financing transactions, including the origination of mortgage loans, loan workouts and the restructuring of existing loans. Alireza’s representative deals include single asset and large portfolio mortgage, mezzanine and syndicated financings for the acquisition, refinancing and construction of commercial real estate assets located across the country.
