Alcides (Al) Mauricio focuses his practice on corporate and securities law matters, with additional experience in broader transactional work.

He represents both issuers and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private transactions, including initial public offerings, offerings of equity, debt, and preferred stock. Al also advises clients on corporate governance, SEC reporting and compliance, and the securities and compliance aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

While attending Rutgers Law School, Al served as articles editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. He is also fluent in Spanish.
