# *Women’s Wear Daily* Lists Kelley Drye as One of the Biggest Law Firms with Fashion and Retail Practice

Kelley Drye was noted as one of seven BigLaw firms with a dedicated Fashion and Retail practice in the *WWD* article ​“What to Know to Protect Your Design.” The article discusses the billion dollar counterfeit designer goods industry and the ways fashion and retail companies can protect their intellectual property. The article breaks down the various areas of IP law, including copyright, design patent and trademark, companies should know about to prevent their designs being appropriated by others.
