Partner [Dana Rosenfeld](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Dana-B-Rosenfeld) was profiled in the *Washington Business Journal* article, ​“Law Firm Appoints First Woman from D.C. Office to Lead Company” and in the *Law360* article, ​“Kelley Drye Names First Woman As Managing Partner.”

Both articles touch on her initiatives to bring more diversity in recruiting and retaining professionals and to advance more women in leadership roles. Dana stated that while she was proud to be the first woman named as managing partner at Kelley Drye, the firm still has room to improve on diversity. ​“I think we and other law firms have a ways to go, and that’s something we take very seriously at Kelley Drye,” she said in the *Law360* article.
