Special counsel [Benjamin D. Feder](/Our-People/Benjamin-Feder) was quoted in the *Turnarounds & Workouts* article ​“Mid-Year 2018 Update.” In an article that examines restructuring activity in 2018 as well as significant events and trends, Mr. Feder noted that the retail and media sectors continue to be areas of high activity.

“The media industry looks to be in turmoil right now, as evidenced by Cumulus Media and the filing in March of iHeartMedia, as companies in this sector continue to grapple with the rapid changes in the manner in which people wish to consume entertainment,” Feder said.
