# Transcript of Special Counsel Robert L. LeHane’s Participation in Bankruptcy Panel Published in Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal

*Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal* published the transcript of the business bankruptcy panel, which special counsel Robert L. LeHane participated in earlier this year. The panel discussion was titled ​“Hot Topics in Retail Bankruptcy.” The panel addressed issues such as the current economical climate’s impact on retail debtor Chapter 11 cases, the treatment of the debtor’s commercial real property leases, store closing processes and policy implications in bankruptcy law and its practice. The transcript also highlighted Mr. LeHane’s experience in retail bankruptcy and restructuring.
