# Tom Cohen Wins the Fiber-to-the-Home Council’s Star Award

Tom Cohen, Partner in the Communications Practice Group, was honored with the Fiber-to-the-Home Council’s Star Award for his efforts to promote and advance the fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) industry. The FTTH Council cited Mr. Cohen’s ​“influential advocacy in testimony before the FCC and the House of Representatives which resulted in the successful passing of the Telecom Reform Bill (Barton Bill).” The Council also noted that Mr. Cohen is presently pursuing telecommunications reform at the state level in various states across the country.
