# Thomson Reuters Notes New Partner and Promotions to Special Counsel

Thomson Reuters reported that **John M. Herrmann II** has been elected to partner and works in the international trade practice group in the Washington, D.C. office. The publication also noted that Kelley Drye promoted two attorneys from associate to special counsel: in New York, **Jason R. Adams**; and in New Jersey, **Dean E. Loventhal**.
