Selection on the list was based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous third-party survey which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection. “I am thrilled that we are once again recognized as a top place to work,” said [Kathy Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon), Kelley Drye’s Washington, D.C. office managing partner. ​“This award is very special to us because it is based on employee sentiment.
