# The Wall Street Journal Recognizes Kelley Drye as Counsel to the Official Unsecured Creditors’ Committee in GT Advanced Bankruptcy

Kelley Drye is noted in the *Wall Street Journal* article ​“GT Advanced Confidentiality Hearing With Apple Delayed.” The article mentions that Kelley Drye has been chosen to represent the newly appointed official committee of GT Advanced Technologies Inc.‘s unsecured creditors in the bankruptcy of the Apple Inc. supplier. GT, Apple, and the committee have agreed to delay the substantive parts of a secrecy challenge involving information related to the relationship between the two companies.
