Quigley, a student at Columbia Law School, was featured being congratulated by partners James J. Kirk and Robert L. Haig. The photo also included the firm’s attorneys who are Columbia Law School alumni: John A. Garraty, Merrill B. Stone and David E. Retter. *State Bar News*, a publication of The New York State Bar Association, also reported on Mr. Quigley’s achievement and quoted partner James J.
