MacLeod** as the Washington, D.C. Advertising ​“Lawyer of the Year” and partner **Henry T. Kelly** the Chicago Communications ​“Lawyer of the Year” for 2013. The article stated that Mr. MacLeod focuses on advertising, privacy and competition law. It highlighted his notable cases included one of the largest judgments ever awarded in an advertising and antitrust case, the FTC’s first trial under the modern unfairness doctrine and the FTC’s first preliminary injunction action in an ad-substantiation case. The article stated that for more than 25 years, Mr. Kelly has advocated for companies in telecommunications-related litigations. It highlighted his representation of Madison Dearborn Partners in the telecommunications due diligence related to their $1 billion sale of NextG Communications to Crown Castle. It also mentioned his successful defense of Peerless Network against communications patent infringement claims by a competitor. *The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel* reported that this is the third year in a row that a Kelley Drye & Warren LLP attorney has been named the Washington, DC ​“Advertising Lawyer of the Year.” Prior to Mr. MacLeod, partner **Gonzalo E.
