# The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Notes Partners Robert L. Haig and Michael C. Lynch Participate in Commercial Litigation Program

*The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel’s* ​“Thomson Reuters Column: 40 Distinguished CLE Lecturers and Acclaimed Thomson Reuters Treatise,” highlights the New York County Lawyers’ Association CLE program, ​“Advice From the Experts: Successful Strategies for Winning Commercial Cases in New York State Courts,” scheduled for May 4, 2012.

Partner **Robert L. Haig** is the program chair. Partner **Michael C. Lynch** is one of the speakers. The article noted that a panel of eight distinguished judges, 27 well-known commercial litigators, and five prominent in-house counsel for major corporations will provide advice and strategies for winning commercial cases in New York State Courts.

The article noted all registrants will receive the critically acclaimed eight-volume treatise *Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts*. Mr. Haig is the editor-in-chief of the treatise, and Kelley Drye attorneys **Jonathan K. Cooperman**, **Robert E. Crotty** and **William A. Escobar** are contributing authors.
