Benjamin D. Feder’s move to Kelley Drye was mentioned in *The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel*. The publication noted that Mr. Feder is special counsel in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group. It stated he represents debtors, bondholders, creditors’ committees and other parties in all phases of Chapter 11 and other cases under the Bankruptcy Code, in U.S. and international workouts, and out of court restructurings.
