# The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Mentions Kelley Drye’s Representation of Creditors’ Committee in Kid Brands Bankruptcy

*The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel* noted that Kelley Drye was ​“retained as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Kid Brands. Kid Brands filed for bankruptcy on June 18, 2014, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. On July 2, 2014, the Committee selected Kelley Drye as its bankruptcy counsel.”
