# The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel Interviews Partner Richard S. Chargar on Employee Benefits/Executive Compensation

In an article, ​“Kelley Drye’s Stamford Office: Covering the Legal Waterfront,” *The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel* interviewed the managing partner of Kelley Drye’s Stamford office, Richard S. Chargar. Mr. Chargar discussed the practices of the Connecticut office. As chair of the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group, he also answered questions about the effect of the Dodd-Frank reform. The interview also covered employment issues arising in M&A and restructurings, retirement plans, the Health Care Reform Act and defined benefit plans.
