In the October 2010 issue of *The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel*, partner Paul C. Rosenthal discussed new Department of Commerce import regulations and the potential downstream impact on the Obama Administration’s initiative to boost U.S. exports. In the interview, ​“Tougher Import Enforcement Regulations Add Impetus To Administration Policies Promoting Exports,” Mr. Rosenthal also addressed current international trade hot button issues such as Free Trade Agreements with South Korea, Columbia and Panama, as well as the World Trade Organization’s view on ​“zeroing.”
