Partner **Mark L. Austrian** participated in *The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel* interview titled ​“New Sources of Relief from E-Discovery Burdens,” which appears in the December 2012 issue. Mr. Austrian discusses: why the cost of e-discovery is a major concern of in-house counsel, the Delaware Chancery Court’s decision in *EORHB, Inc. v. HOA Holdings LLC*, in which the Vice Chancellor required the parties to use predictive coding in their discovery process; and the impact of recent amendments to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware’s Default Standard for Discovery, as well as additional e-discovery topics.
