Co. in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of vacuum cleaner manufacturer Oreck Corporation and its affiliates, in a sale under Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code. “Since 2002, we have been honoring the leading turnaround transactions, companies and dealmakers. Kelley Drye was chosen from over 500 participating companies to receive the award.
