# The Deal Pipeline Mentions Partners Eric R. Wilson and Jason R. Adams as Counsel to Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in Logan’s Roadhouse Bankruptcy Case

Partners [Eric R. Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and [Jason R. Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) are mentioned in *The Deal Pipeline* article, ​“Logan’s Roadhouse Pays Bonuses to 58 Key Employees,” regarding the bankruptcy of restaurant chain, Logan’s Roadhouse. The steakhouse filed for Chapter 11 protection in August 2016 citing declining sales and margins as a result of an increase in commodities and labor costs. The article discusses Chief Judge Brendan Shannon’s approval of Roadhouse Holding Inc.’s key employee retention program and key employee incentive program. The programs will pay bonuses (not exceeding $1.1 million) to 58 employees who hold the titles director, officer, management, department head or corporate staff.
