Partner and chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, [Eric Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and partner [Jason Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) were mentioned in *The Deal Pipeline* article, ​“RMH Wins Franchise Battle With Applebee’s,” as representing the official committee of unsecured creditors. The article covers a September 25 ruling by Judge Brendan Linehan Shannon that will allow RMH, the second-largest franchisee of Applebee’s by number of restaurants, to move forward with its reorganization plan.
