# The Deal Pipeline Mentions Kelley Drye’s Representation of The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in In re: Loehmann’s Holdings Inc.

Partners [**James S. Carr**](/Our-People/James-S-Carr) and [**Robert L. LeHane**](/Our-People/Robert-L-LeHane), and special counsel [**Benjamin D. Feder**](/Our-People/Benjamin-Feder) were mentioned in *The Deal Pipeline’s* article entitled ​“Loehmann’s Set to Complete Wind-Down.” The Kelley Drye team is serving as counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in *In re: Loehmann’s Holdings Inc.*

Reporting on proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, the July 22 article states that ​“Loehmann’s is close to wrapping up its chapter 11 case,” noting that ​“Judge Martin Glenn …confirmed the liquidation plan for the debtor, now known as LHI Liquidation Co.”

The article further discusses the disposition of the debtor’s estate, including assets allocated for the benefit of general unsecured creditors.
