# The Daily Deal and Bankruptcy Insider Rank Kelley Drye and Partner James S. Carr in 2008 Bankruptcy List

Kelley Drye placed third in the ​“Top Bankruptcy Law Firm” list and partner James S. Carr ranked as the number one lawyer in the ​“Top Bankruptcy Lawyers” list published in *The Daily Deal*. The lists ranked law firms and bankruptcy lawyers by the number of new cases gained on the largest bankruptcy cases filed from January 1 to December 31, 2008. Kelley Drye gained 24 new cases and Mr. Carr had 78 new assignments that included Chapter 7, 9, 11 and 15 cases, in which the debtor listed assets of at least $100 million dollars.
