In *The American Lawyer* article, ​“Deal Watch: AXA Financial Inc./California Public Employees’ Retirement System,” Kelley Drye is mentioned as AXA’s counsel in the sale of Manhattan building, 787 Seventh Avenue, to CalPERS for $1.9 billion. Deutsche Bank provided $780 million in financing for the deal.
