# The American Lawyer Mentions Kelley Drye Team as Counsel to AXA Financial in Sale of New York Office Tower

In *The American Lawyer* article, ​“Deal Watch: Paul Weiss Ponies Up in Skyscraper Sale,” Kelley Drye is mentioned as counsel to AXA Financial Inc., one of the companies that sold the Manhattan office tower located at 1285 Sixth Avenue. The tower was sold to RXR Realty and China Life Insurance Group Co. for $1.65 billion from AXA and J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
