# Special Counsel Benjamin D. Feder Discusses Madoff Trustee and Wilpon Group Lawsuit on LexisNexis Podcast

The *LexisNexis Litigation Resource Community* interview, ​“Ben Feder Of Kelley Drye & Warren On Madoff Trustee Lawsuit Against Mets Owners” addresses the bankruptcy issues of the Madoff Ponzi scandal. Mr. Feder discusses the background of the suit filed by the Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities LLC trustee, Irving Picard, against the Wilpon Group. This case has received a great deal of media attention, as Fred Wilpon, owner of the New York Mets was not only an investor but also a friend of Mr. Madoff. Mr. Feder reviews the efforts of bringing money back into the bankruptcy estate, and the complex issues of trying to make investors whole again.
