Special counsel **Benjamin D. Feder** was mentioned in the *Reuters News* article ​“Can State Officials OK Detroit’s Bankruptcy.” The article discusses state constitutional safeguards for the pension benefits of municipal workers as an issue in the Detroit bankruptcy case.
