# Practical Law The Journal Interviews Partner Gonzalo E. Mon on Privacy Policies of Mobile Apps

Partner [Gonzalo E. Mon](/Our-People/Gonzalo-E-Mon) was interviewed in the ​“GC Agenda” section of *Practical Law The Journal*. Mr. Mon provided commentary regarding three recent privacy-related developments, including the FTC’s December 2012 report, ​“Mobile Apps for Kids: Disclosures Still Not Making the Grade,” and the California Department of Justice’s report, ​“Privacy on the Go: Recommendations for the Mobile Ecosystem,.” and a lawsuit against Delta Airlines under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA). These developments may signal increased scrutiny of mobile app disclosure practices. Mr. Mon identified several considerations for companies as they review their privacy policies and procedures to minimize risk.
