# Politico Notes Kelley Drye as Counsel for Lifeline Providers

Kelley Drye’s [Communications](/Our-Practices/Regulatory-Government-Relations/Communications-Regulation) and [Government Relations and Public Policy](/Our-Practices/Regulatory-Government-Relations/Government-Relations-and-Public-Policy) practices were mentioned for their representation of three of the largest Lifeline providers in a *Politco* article titled ​“Kelley Drye to Represent Lifeline Providers.” The article details Kelley Drye’s representation of Blue Jay Wireless, StandUp Wireless, and Access Wireless. Collectively these Lifeline providers have enlisted Kelley Drye as counsel for a list of bills regarding taxpayer funding of cellphones and the Lifeline Assistance Program. Director of Government Relations **Dana S. Wood** was noted for her representation of these clients.
