# *Plus Company Updates* Mentions Kelley Drye’s Representation of the Aluminum Association

Partners [Kathy Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon), [John Herrmann ](/Our-People/John-M-Herrmann-II)and [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal), and special counsel [Grace Kim](/Our-People/Grace-Kim) were mentioned in the *Plus Company Update* article ​“Aluminum Association Applauds Preliminary Antidumping Determination in Chinese Aluminum Sheet Investigation.” The Aluminum Association informed the public that the U.S. Department of Commerce and U.S. Customs and Border Protection are issuing mandatory estimated antidumping duties to all U.S. importers of common alloy aluminums sheets from China. The Department of Commerce has calculated current preliminary antidumping margins for most Chinese aluminum companies at 167.16 percent.

The Aluminum Association Trade Enforcement Working Group is represented by Kathy, John, Paul and Grace.
