Partner [Bob Crotty’s](/Our-People/Robert-E-Crotty) [chapter on International Arbitration](/News-Events/Publications/Books/International-Arbitration-(1)) in the Commercial Litigation in Federal Courts treatise, is described by the *Penn State Journal of Law and International Affairs* as providing ​“immense breadth and depth in reviewing all aspects of international arbitration, including investor-state arbitration.

Hon. Paul Crotty, Southern District of New York, was the co-author of the chapter.
