# Partner Sarah Reid Discusses Law Firm Recruiting in The National Law Journal

*The National Law Journal* quotes Partner Sarah Reid in an article titled ​“Firms Look to College and High School Students for Next Wave of Lawyers.” The article addresses the recent trend of law firms recruiting college and high students to encourage their considering careers in the legal profession. Ms. Reid discusses Kelley Drye’s participation in various programs, such as the New York Inner City Scholarship Fund, which exposes young people to the legal field. She is quoted as saying ​“If they end up coming back to Kelley Drye, so much the better.”
