# Partner Sarah L. Reid Quoted in BNA articles on Madoff-Related Lawsuits

Several BNA publications, which focus on services quoted partner Sarah L. Reid in an article titled ​“Madoff-Related Fiduciary Breach Cases Could Take Years, Leave Big Mark on Law.” The comprehensive article discussed Madoff-related class actions against banks, investment funds, fund administrators and auditing firms. Ms. Reid discussed the interplay of criminal and civil cases and bankruptcy court. Ms. Reid also commented on how defendants will be able to use the U.S. Supreme Court ruling in *Stoneridge v. Scientific-Atlanta*, when violations of securities laws are asserted. The article appears in the following publications: *Alternative Investment Law Report*, *BNA’s Banking Report*, *Daily Report for Executives*, *Securities Regulation and Law Report* and *Class Action Litigation Report*.
