LeHane](/Our-People/Robert-L-LeHane) is announced as Counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of dELiA\*s , Inc. et al. in *The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel* article ​“Kelley Drye Represents Creditors’ Committee in dELiA\*s, Inc. Bankruptcy.” dELia\*s and eight affiliates filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as the youth oriented retailer failed to attract young consumers.
