# Partner Robert D. Bickford, Jr. Quoted in *Law360* Regarding $85 Million Loan Deal

The Kelley Drye Real Estate team was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Kelley Drye, Goldfarb & Fleece Steer $85 Million Manhattan Loan.” The article identified partner [Bob Bickford](/Our-People/Robert-D-Bickford-Jr) and senior associate [Deborah Bilotti](/Our-People/Deborah-L-Bilotti) as representatives to AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co. in an $85 million loan to Rudin Management for an apartment building at 211 East 70th Street in Manhattan.

“It’s a beautiful Upper East Side multifamily building,” Bob Bickford told *Law360*. ​“This was actually the second time \[Rudin Management has\] come back \[to AXA\] for an advance. There’s still plenty of loan-to-value left in the building.”

AXA is a longtime client of Kelley Drye’s Real Estate practice group. Prior to this agreement, the team worked with AXA in providing a $55 million loan for the same building in 2012.
