# Partner Quoted in Just-Style and Inteletex

Partner Paul Rosenthal was quoted in articles that ran in *Just-Style* and *Inteletex* regarding antidumping duties imposed on Chinese polyester staple fiber. He discussed The U.S. Department of Commerce’s announcement that it will impose preliminary antidumping duties ranging from 4.39 percent to 44.30 percent on certain polyester staple fiber imports from China. Mr. Rosenthal noted that the announcement signaled ​“a return of fair pricing and competition in the marketplace.”
