# Partner Michael J. Coursey Quoted in Insurance Law360 and Competition Law360 Articles on ​“Dumping” Suit

*Insurance Law360* and *Competition Law360* quoted partner Michael J. Coursey in articles that discussed the lawsuit filed by five domestic food producers. The plaintiffs claimed that a group of insurance companies allegedly issued customs surety bonds and then refused to pay under those bonds when the importers failed to pay duties that the government determined were owed for dumped products.

The article quoted Mr. Coursey stating that without surety bonds, the products could not have been imported from China to enter the U.S. at below market prices.
