# Partner Michael J. Coursey Quoted in Garlic Exporters Article

In a *Law360* article titled ​“Chinese Exporters Dealt New Blow In Fresh Garlic Spat,” partner Michael J. Coursey was quoted. The article discussed an administrative review where three exporters of fresh Chinese garlic challenged anti-dumping margins set by the U.S. Department of Commerce. In response to the Chinese exporters challenge, Commerce issued a redetermination on remand that significantly raised, rather than lowered, the duty margins at issue. The redetermination left the Chinese exporters disappointed but pleased a group of domestic intervenors, including the Fresh Garlic Producers Association. Mr. Coursey represents the domestic fresh garlic producers. He warns the Chinese exporters to ​“be careful what you wish for,” Mr. Coursey said.
